RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Palanchi, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. Please find the details of our return and exchange policy below.

ONLINE ORDERS – INDIA
We accept returns or exchanges of unused products in their original condition (unwashed, unstained, undamaged, and with all tags intact) within 48 hours of delivery.
Return or exchange requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Please note, if upon inspection the returned product is found to be used, stained, or damaged in any way, the return or refund request will be rejected.

To initiate a return or exchange:

Registered users: Log in to your account, go to the “Orders” section, click “View Details” and raise a return or exchange request.

Guest users: Use the “Check Order” option on our website and follow the instructions to request a return or exchange.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Important Note

Products returned without proper tags or in used/damaged condition will not be eligible for return or refund.

Palanchi reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
